DELIVERY

Orders placed on our website will be shipped by one of the major Courier companies. Once an order is placed and shipped out of our facility you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. If you do not receive an e-mail or phone call from us confirming your order within 24 hours, please contact us.

We do offer our customers in store or self pick up and LTL carrier options which can at many times save our customers money compared to FedEx for larger orders. Please contact us to inquire for alternate shipping arrangements.

Our goal is to ship orders the same day we receive them.

 

RETURNS

10-Day Returns

You can return your purchase up to 10 days from the day your order was placed. Some exceptions apply:

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all approved returns
• Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise.
• Returns must be in unused condition within original packaging to receive a refund
• Returns must be clearly labeled with your RA number

Special orders are not returnable!
